1. SCOPE
This Statement of Work (SOW) addresses the requirements and tasks associated with the design, manufacture, and delivery of Wire Repair Tool Sets (Delta) and Wire Repair Tool Sets (Completion), Part Numbers (P/N) 4214AS0100-1 and 4215AS0100-1 respectively, for the MQ-8C Fire Scout Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program. Technical Data Packages (TDP) and production-representative first article units are also required.
These Wire Repair Tool Sets are required for MQ-8C air vehicle wiring system repairs while deployed with or without the MH-60S. These sets will consist of ruggedized transit cases containing wire repair tools that will provide capabilities for MQ-8C repair requirements.
For the TDPs, the MQ-8C Delta set can utilize part number 4214AS0100-1 for the end item and part number series 4214AS0100 through 4214AS9999 for all required technical drawings. The MQ-8C Completion set can utilize part number 4215AS0100-1 for the end item and part number series 4215AS0100 through 4215AS9999 for all required technical drawings.
These Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) end items are integral for the full complement of Support Equipment needed for initial outfitting of MQ-8C Squadrons to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on MQ-8C Aircraft.
The program is requesting a five-year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The initial (minimum) requirements are production-representative first article units and TDPs. The maximum procurable quantities of Delta Sets and Completion Sets under this procurement are (50) and (15) respectively.
