N68335-19-R-0030 Questions and Answers

9. Is it permissible to consider compliance for the due date having been met if the offeror submits its response electronically on the due date and postmarks the CD-ROM and hard copies that date?

In accordance with FAR 52.215-1 (c)(3) incorporated by reference in Section L of the solicitation: (i) Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals, and any modification, or revisions, so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation. Therefore, proposals must reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation.

10. On page 68 of the solicitation, it is noted that "the Offeror should not reference the solicitation number when distributing the past performance questionnaires to customers."

However, the PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE on page 74 of the solicitation includes the solicitation number in the introduction to the questionnaire. Should we remove the solicitation number from the questionnaire when sending to a customer?

Amendment 0002 to the solicitation is posted in which Section L is revised to remove the statement "Note that the Offeror should not reference the solicitation number when distributing the past performance questionnaires to customers.”

File details come from the government source that posted it.
