1. Does the Service Contract Act apply to this contract?
2. No, exempt under 29 CFR 541.300 – Contracts for professional services
1. It seems there are certain hours allocated for a Project Manager III and Project Manager II, ideally could this be combined into 1 full-time person?
3. No – the hours may not be combined, we are seeking two separate personnel as specified in the SOW
1. What are the hours of operation for this role?

1. Beyond the 8 moths, does the government intend to extend this contract?
5. No – if the further support is required, a new contract solicitation will be posted.
1. How often would the contractor team need to visit NSWCPD? Could the work be remote?

1. Since the role maybe remote or at contractor facility, does the government expect both roles to have an active secret level clearance?
0. No clearance required
1. Is it the expectation of the government to retain the existing incumbent employees performing this work?
1. NO. As this is a new competitive request, it is not the Government’s intention to retain current contractors.
1. In reading the Solicitation, listed on page 63, The offeror shall provide a copy of the GSA Schedule contract including the contractor’s pricelists. The proposed unit prices proposed shall be the Offerors Firm-Fixed-Price contract prices for each CLIN.
· Is it expected that this is a GSA requirement?
2. In the event a GSA schedule contract is available please notate the contract number. Otherwise this not applicable.
1. Would LOI’s count as part of the technical page count? Would the government consider removing the Volume II Page count so as to properly include the resume’s and LOI’s if applicable?
