2. No, exempt under 29 CFR 541.300 – Contracts for professional services

1. It seems there are certain hours allocated for a Project Manager III and Project Manager II, ideally could this be combined into 1 full-time person?

3. No – the hours may not be combined, we are seeking two separate personnel as specified in the SOW
