Response: Additional items may be required under this IDIQ Contract as identified in the PWS. The offerors are required to submit pricing for initial requirements only.

Question 6: In attachment 7, the grand total for all lots tab only picks up the values from the Lot 1 tab; is that intended?

Response: No, see revised Attachment 7 – Pricing Sheet

Response: Attachment 8 is included in the solicitation, pg 58 of 87.

Question 8. RAID 5 or RAID 10 (Please note RAID 10 approximately doubles the HDD quantity and doubles the server cost) Pg. 3 - "Data drives shall be RAID 10 double parity on multiple drives with fast I/O (15k) capabilities" Pg. 15 - Reference regional servers, "Data drives shall be at least RAID 5 on multiple drives with fast I/O (15k) capabilities" Pg. 15 - Reference local servers, "Data drives shall be at least RAID 5 on multiple drives with fast I/O (15k) capabilities" Lot 1, 2, and 3 Spreadsheets - "Data drives shall be RAID 10 double parity on multiple drives with fast I/O (15k) capabilities" and " system shall be configured using RAID 10 and a high capacity RAID controller."

Response: CLIN 0002 and the pricing sheet have been revised. RAID 10 is a requirement for the lot award.

Question 9. Usable storage space Pg. 15 - Reference local servers, "3 TB usable storage space using drives with a least 15K I/O capabilities" Lot 1 Tab Spreadsheets - Row 7 "Usable Storage Capacity in TB" shows local servers as requiring 1TB of usable storage space.

Lot 2 Tab Spreadsheets - Row 7 "Usable Storage Capacity in TB" shows local servers as requiring 0TB of usable storage space.

Lot 3 Tab Spreadsheets - Row 7 "Usable Storage Capacity in TB" shows local servers as requiring 1TB of usable storage space.

Response: The government may require equipment with less capacity than listed in the essential characteristic minimums. Site potential variations in the following essential characteristics will be identified at the DOPR level. When developing pricing for the Lots, proposal shall comply with requirements specifically listed in the Lots.

Question 10. Is CLIN 002 (Pg. 3) for the local server configuration price (pg. 15) or the regional server configuration price (pg. 15)? Should another CLIN be added to accommodate both configurations described on Pg. 15?

Response: CLIN 0002 is used for local and regional servers. See revised CLIN 0002.

Question 11. On Pg. 15-18, there are descriptions of additional components that do not have a corresponding CLIN. Should CLINs be added for the following?

Pg. 16 - Mobile Server Rack Cart (recommend not include in scope of acquisition, not a common requirement) Pg. 17 - Dental Digital Intraoral Sensors (size 0, 1, and 2) - (recommend include 3 additional CLINs) Pg. 17 - Replacement Phosphor Storage Plates (size 1, 2, 3, and 4) - (recommend not include in scope of acquisition, this is becoming a less common requirement)
