Question and Answer (Q&A) Sheet

The Government will be posting all questions and answers from Solicitation N4523A18R1313 on a series of Q&A documents. The Q&A documents will be posted to the government point of entry weekly throughout the length of the solicitation period. Please be aware that any questions asked and responses to those questions will be posted to the Q&A documents, the government requests that all questions be of non-proprietary nature and allow for public dissemination.

Solicitation Due Date:

The Government would like to extend the bid proposal submission from 22 May 2018 to 1 June

2018. This is to accommodate adequate time for the Government to field the questions from the 5-15-2018 site visit, post those questions to FBO.gov, and for the contractor to adequately bid the rail survey work based on a potential technical change to the contract specification through a solicitation amendment.

- Section 1.6.3 Existing Runway Rail Survey and Alignment.

The expectation is that the rail work identified in Section 1.6.3 will be modified, possibly reducing the requirement to align the rails from the building columns 84-91, approximately

100' of the north rail. It is anticipated the contractor will still complete the entire rail survey and provide a report on their findings. The Government will provide any changes to the technical specifications through a solicitation amendment.
