Question:

For the subject project, should we include connection, disconnection, or freeze protection, as a separate line item? It is mentioned on one of the three documents but not on the document with the pricing chart.

Answer:

When submitting a quote, the connection, disconnection, and freeze protection are included in the price of the system unit rental. If there is significant cost to it then they may want to break it out in “separate pricing” to identify it but it also needs to be wrapped up in the total price.
