Allow us to provide Generator 1250 Kva x 2 sets. 11Mar18 The Shore Power delivered to the ship must meet the requirements of WI 0011 and be reliable. The use of generators is acceptable as long as those requirements are met.
68 General
Being ASRY is a commercial shipyard, we have frequent vessel movements within the yard and laying oil containment boom will severely obstruct shipyard operations. ASRY has undertaken several USN vessels dry-docking and repairs, where the requirement for oil containment boom was not requested/required.
ASRY has in place emergency response action with respect to any accidental oil spill as per our safety protocol. We would therefore request USN for waiver / de-scope of this work item?
11Mar18 Omittion of the oil booms is acceptable as long as the contractor accepts responsibility for any conditions, situations, or damages arising from the oil booms not being in place.
69 0407 T-AO Class Orbit TV Direct to Sailor Replacement
- Please check response from supplier: Seatel TVRO 6011 is discontinued. Since it is for a US Navy vessel, which will certainly be sailing in American seas, one of the replacements can be SeaTel 120 TVHD. Data sheet for Seatel 120 TVHD attached for your ready reference.
11Mar18 SeaTel 120 is not compatable with existing equipment. Market research shows that the 6011-4-DTS, TVRO has not been discontinued.See below:
