1. Renew fire extinguisher bracket on C02 portable fire extinguishers were needed.
2. Secure all fire screen door closure devices to make them not readily detachable.
3. Properly close fuse boxes where they are open throughout the vessel.
4. Close all holes in A-Class bulkheads. Pay particular attention to Galley, Laundry, Stair tower, and machinery spaces.
Blk 42 just below deck in the stair tower.

5. Double valve close or proper cap steam lines where heat elements are removed in the accommodation spaces.
6. Make proper repairs to secure exhaust insulation in the APU Room.
7. Install ventilation screens in the ducts in the APU Room.
8. Properly mark C02 sirens in APU Room.
9. Identify and properly label umnarked shutdown in the E/R emergency shutdown panel. .'
10. Repair hole in fire screen door 2-116-3.
11.Install eye guard on wire wheel in the engineer's workshop.
12. Properly display maneuvering information in the pilot house.
13. Make permanent repairs to the port side light.
14. Mark life boats with vessel call sign or name to be visible from the air.
15. Make pennanent repairs to wasted kick pipes on the bridge wing and 01 level penetrations.
16. Properly stow life jackets in the hospital ward.
17. Properly mark item 16 locations.
18. Hydrostatically test small oxygen bottle in the hospital.
19. Renew life buoy line with line that is dark in color.
20. Mark GMDSS station with vessel call sign.
21. Properly mark pfd location in pilot house with the number of jackets required to be stowed at that location. Ensure similar marking are on other locations.
