N00014-17-S-B010 Late-stage Software Customization and Complexity Reduction S&T for Legacy Naval Systems
Amendment 0001
The purpose of Amendment 0001 to BAA N00014-17-S-B010 is to respond to questions submitted prior to 8 March 2017 and to amend the BAA.
1. The following provides questions and responses:
Q1: Is there is an incumbent contract or contractor associated to the requirement. If any, please provide the contractor's name and contract number.
A1: No. There is no incumbent contract or contractor associated with this announcement.
2. The BAA is hereby amended as follows:
A.) Page 10, Part II, Section A – Replace the ‘Funded Amount and Period of Performance’ section with the following:
“The Office of Naval Research is anticipating multiple awards up to $1,500,000/year for a period of 12-
36 months base plus options (e.g. 24 months), but not to exceed five years period of performance in total. The following table provides an estimate of the anticipated funding planned for this effort. The funded amount and period of performance of each proposal selected for award may vary depending on the research area and the technical approach to be pursued by the offeror selected.”
B.) Page 12, Part IV, Section A - Replace the ‘Pre-proposal Conference/Industry Day’ section with the following:
“The ONR Total Platform Cyber Protection Program will conduct an unclassified briefing for potential
Offerors on 14 March 2017 at George Mason University, Founder's Hall, 3351 Fairfax Drive, Room 134
(First Floor), Arlington, VA 22201. The purpose of the meeting will be to provide potential Offerors with a better understanding of the scope of the Program and objectives of this BAA. Preregistration will be required. The briefing will be held at the at 1300 Eastern Standard Time (EST) with check-in beginning at
(one hour earlier). All attendees are required to pre-register at https://www.onlineregistrationcenter.com/Platformcyberindustryday2017. Registration will close on 10
March 2017 at 12:00 PM EST or when capacity is reached. Onsite registrations will NOT be accepted and photo identification will be verified upon check-in. Media is not authorized to attend this event. Space is limited and restrictions may be placed on multiple registration requests from the same organization.”
3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
