Video Surveillance System requirements;
A contractor will provide and install one (1) surveillance system with the following requirements:
A. Four (4) monitors with mounting brackets, Monitor size not to exceed 24 inches. To be mounted in various locations within the suite.
B. Six (6) High Definition, indoor, mini-dome, IP ready cameras with built in recording and motion detection. Capable of recording on a 24 hour loop, motion activated for the duration individuals are in the site of the camera. 3 Megapixel, Progressive Scan CMOS Sensor, Vandal-Proof, Weather-Proof Infrared IP Mini-Dome

Include a maximum of 600ft of Cat6 or better cable installation, power supply, and all misc. hardware. Contractor will need to pull any low voltage permits if required.
Video system maintenance contract should be provided and included with replacement parts for duration of contract.
