2.2 Standard Service Features.

2.2.1. Each AVENUES subscription includes a 12-month subscription to a single Module of AVENUES, unlimited access to VR content, physical and digital copies of associated learning curriculum, and access to that Module’s data visualization and analytics dashboard (further described below).

2.2.2. Each TTT includes training on one of the Modules identified above to which the Subscriber has subscribed. The AVENUES TTT is designed to instruct Subscriber trainers how to administer the AVENUES learning method. AVENUES TTT consists of two parts: (1) Subscriber trainers experience the VR content directly, then (2) Subscriber trainers participate in an interactive and reflective post-VR seminar designed to embed learning. The post-VR seminar is facilitated by Contractor industry domain trainers in order to teach Subscriber trainers how to facilitate future seminars for Subscriber end users.

Each AVENUES TTT can accommodate up to 20 participants (trainers) from the Subscriber. TTT also includes physical and digital curricula for each of the Contractor-led TTT seminars. The physical curriculum will be provided to participants for each of the TTT sessions that Contractor leads. The digital curriculum will be provided to the Subscriber trainers for future TTT sessions with their caseworkers.

2.2.3. VR headsets will be provided to the Subscriber for use throughout the applicable subscription term. Each headset will include controllers, power cables, batteries, and cases for storage, and will contain the AVENUES application which will provide the Subscriber with access to each of the eight learning Modules on each device. Each device will also contain a mobile device management (MDM) software license, which will provide Contractor with the ability to push new updates and to provide ongoing software support and maintenance. Each device will be warrantied for the duration of the subscription term and includes help desk support.

2.2.4. The AVENUES subscription includes access to an online dashboard which will allow the Subscriber to access data analytics for each of the AVENUES Modules to which it subscribes. The online dashboard will provide the Subscriber with the ability to view aggregate data at the Subscriber level, or by county, by device, by date range, or to pull all raw data at the individual session log level.

2.3 Optional Services Features.

2.3.1. Ability to Add New Scenarios. The Contractor offers the ability to easily add new Scenarios as they are developed, or as the Subscriber chooses to expand its subscription. Each new Scenario would include unlimited access to the Scenario, and access to the analytics dashboard, and would require a TTT session.

2.3.2. Ability to Customize and Configure Pre-Existing Scenarios. The Contractor offers the ability to customize and configure existing Scenarios. The Subscriber can fully customize the content that is used in the TTT seminars. When facilitating TTTs, Contractor’s subject matter experts and training will provide the Subscriber with digital copies of those materials so that the Subscriber’s trainers can customize content for specific areas where they would like to focus. Customization of an immersive VR Scenario is also possible. The cost of customization will be determined by scope and level of customizations requested by the Subscriber using the rates set forth in the Pricing Addenda. For all requests made by the Subscriber for changes to existing Modules, the Contractor will provide a quote for acceptance by the Subscriber prior to beginning any work.

2.3.2.1. User Prompt Changes (user card text updates). These changes must not require updates to the actor responses or the user flow.

2.3.2.2. Actor Voiceover Changes. When receiving a request for minor changes to an actor’s video clip, the Contractor will determine whether Generative AI can be used to alter the video voiceover. These requests must only be one- or two-word changes and must not include scenes

Accenture LLP MCSA25295 Service Attachment 1 Page 3 where the actor is yelling or crying. If it is determined that Generative AI can be used to address the change request, the Contractor will perform the change request.

2.3.2.3. Actor Replacement Changes. Change requests that require a new actor, or multiple actors to be filmed on green screen and placed within the same or new 360-degree environments, can be made according to the following card. These changes assume that 85% of the original script and user flow remain the same as the previous scenario, but that the change in actor responses require a new actor to be cast and filmed on green screen.

2.3.3. Ability to develop new Scenarios. The Contractor offers an option to develop new Scenarios. There are many variables and options when creating custom content which would be discussed prior to determining the content, cost, and time required for the development of a new, custom Module. For all requests made by the Subscriber for brand new Module development, the Contract will provide a quote for acceptance by the Subscriber prior to beginning any work.

A request for a brand-new scenario will include the following assumptions:

2.3.3.1. The Contractor would work with the Subscriber to identify the learning objective for the new Module.

2.3.3.2. The Subscriber would assign one to three subject matter experts within whom the Contractor would consult throughout the development of the creative brief/story arc and script development.

2.3.3.3. Subscriber leadership would be updated monthly throughout the new Module development process to keep them apprised of progress and key updates.

2.3.3.4. The development process would include the following steps and assumptions:

A. Kickoff meeting with the Subscriber for learning objective discussion;

B. Development of creative brief/story arc (up to three scenes/performers);

C. Script development with up to 36 interview moments/questions across three scenes;

D. Actor casting, including hair, makeup, wardrobe;

E. Actor table reads and rehearsals;

F. 360-degree location photo shoots (up to four locations, e.g., living room, bedroom, office, front porch, etc.);

G. One-day green screen shoot for up to three actors (approximately three hours per actor;

one day total);

H. Postproduction, including director selects, footage editing, retouching, and stitching of 360 environment, color grading and correction, opening voiceover recording and integration, etc.;

I. Application development;

J. Analytics development for character moments; and K. Module delivery.

2.3.3.5. Curriculum development for new Module.

2.3.3.6. Train-the-trainer facilitation for the Subscriber.

2.3.3.7. Delivery of new Module and physical and digital copies of the TTT curriculum.

2.3.3.8. The first three years of AVENUES maintenance and operation costs are included in the new Scenario development costs. Annual AVENUES maintenance and operation costs begin three years after delivery date of the custom Module.
