Question #1

Answer #1 Who is responsible for the electrical power disconnect for the front projector screens and disconnect/reconnect for the back screens?

The Vendor, this is a turn-key project.

Question #2

Answer #2 Does the customer want the two back screens and projectors to be turned on/off separately from the front projectors?

Yes. All controls should be through the Touch Screen. There should be manual/failsafe capabilities to raise/lower all screens in the event of Touch Screen malfunctions.

Answer #3 Does the audio need to be separated - PC/DVD vs Microphones? Example PC audio playing and lapel mic can be on or off?

Yes, that is correct.

Answer #4 Will the PC being provided by the government have two video cards?

Yes.

Question #5

Answer #5 Who's responsibility will it be to deliver all equipment being de-installed? Approximately how many miles from installation location is the building the equipment has to be delivered to?

The vendor is responsible. Approximately 10 - 15 Miles.

Answer #6 Is Maintenance and support required on a monthly basis?

Yes, as stated in the Solicitation (5.7.1).

Answer #7 Emergency Maintenance- what is the response time? Does this have a technician on-site time?

As stated in the solicitation (5.7.2), The contractor shall be on-site to repair malfunctioning and/or non-functioning equipment within four (4) business hours of being notified.
