ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS-28 SEP 18
Questions and Answers in Response to Amendment One posted on 25 September 2018
Question One: In the table on page 8, pp 9.1.8 will the Government stipulate that CDI’s are Aircraft Mech II’s, CDQAR’s are Aircraft Mech III’s and the remaining number of workers are Aircraft Mech I’s. Are the remaining personnel Aircraft Worker/23080 OR Aircraft Mech 1/23021? To ensure a level playing field for pricing among all
Offerors, would the Government please clarify which SCA Labor category the Government is requesting in support of this effort?
Answer One: The remaining personnel (five in total) are Aircraft Workers, Wage Category 23080.
Question Two: In view of the more stringent NAMP requirements for the TDPC, would the Government consider assigning the TD Coordinator position the SCA Title and Occupational Code of Technical Writer III (30463), which is commensurate with the pay rate and skills required of the safe-for-flight Maintenance Controller or the Aircraft
Mechanic III (23023)?
Answer Two: The Government agrees the TD Coordinator position should be the SCA Title and Occupational
Code of Technical Writer III (30463). This is not an additional position. This will replace the current Technical
Writer I (30461).
The following have been modified:

Interstate Identification Index (III) is the installation's minimum background check for access to MCB, Camp Lejeune and/or MCAS, New River for non-Common Access Card holders, to include entrance of visitors.
