3.2 This requirement must be supported by technicians certified to provide service on the brand name software. All equipment replacement actions shall be with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. Work will be ordered through contact with the Contractor by either telephone or e-mail. Each order will include, date of call or e-mail, contract number, and specific description of issue.
