Pricing is offered on three contract lines: equipment purchases with volume discounts ranging from 5 to 20 percent (Crafco), 10 percent (KM International), and 10 percent plus an additional 3 percent for orders of five or more units (Falcon Road Maintenance Equipment); delivery costs negotiated directly with contractors; and hourly or task rates for training, installation, inspections, maintenance, repair services, and site consultation. Using agencies must document their contract selection process and compare pricing across all three contractors based on current Sourcewell price lists. Delivery arrangements and timeframes are negotiated individually with contractors prior to purchase order issuance, with deliveries made during working hours and excluding specified state holidays.

At the time of auditing, the Using Agency will be required to demonstrate that the establishment of the purchase requirements is free from any bias or inclination against or in favor of any Contractor. Using its purchase requirements, current price list (as published on the Sourcewell website), Contract discount, and the hourly rate/task rate (if applicable), a Contract user shall determine the final purchase price for each Contract for a given price line item.
