SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 1449 - CONTINUATION SHEET

The following have been modified:

Q&A

RFP M00264-15-R-1057

Question and Answers

Question 3: Will it be acceptable to USMC for a Vendor to reference their GSA Contract Schedule for the Terms and Conditions governing the use of their electronic courseware licenses, as part of their submitted response? The issue is protecting the underlying intellectual property associated with off-the-shelf elearning content.

Answer: The contractor must provide a proposal in accordance with the RFP. The PWS does not intend to purchase courseware. The Government intend is to only purchase licenses to access and host the content on MarineNet. It is not the Government intent to own, modify or alter the courseware in any manner. If the courseware doesn’t function on MarineNet with the appropriate provided player, the courseware will be rejected and the vendor will be responsible for correcting the course content or technical issue.
