About this file
This document outlines insurance provisions and a related federal contract opportunity for broad ocean area missions support services. Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC seeks accredited maritime personnel to support missions at sea and off-site worldwide locations, requiring U.S. Coast Guard credentials and Transportation Worker Identification Cards. Interested contractors should submit qualifications and capabilities to gallardo11@llnl.gov. The insurance provisions require minimum commercial general liability, protection and indemnity, automobile liability, workers compensation, and maritime employers liability coverage, naming Lawrence Livermore National Security and the U.S. government as additional insureds. All insurance must include waivers of subrogation and be primary to any other valid coverage.
