About this file
This document is a Leased Space Unescorted Access Questionnaire from the Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration. It is in response to Announcement/Lease Contract #697DCM-24-L-00048 for leased space in Jonesboro, AR.
The purpose of the questionnaire is to gather information to identify the unescorted access needs of the potential lessor's employees and contractors so the FAA can determine the appropriate background investigation requirements and PIV badging needs. The questionnaire requests the estimated number of employees, including contractors and subcontractors, that will require unescorted access to the FAA-controlled space, as well as information on the employee position categories, job titles, and the frequency and duration of their access needs. This information will be used by the FAA to assess the background investigation and badging requirements for the personnel requiring unescorted access to support the lease.
