Q1: Please confirm that the attached photo is what we are discussing regarding the Site #4 boulder?

A1: The photo is not attached herein but it is shown on sheet 13 of the drawings.

Q2: Regarding Site #4 boulder; would the BLM like the large boulder completely removed from the site and not be used as part of the fill?

A2: Yes

Q3: If the boulder could be broken into smaller pieces, could it be used as fill at the Site #4 embankment reconstruction?

A3: Yes, only if the boulder is broken into pieces that are 12 inches or less.
