The document represents a comprehensive pricing structure for various athletic product categories as part of what appears to be a University of Wisconsin System Athletics (UWSA) procurement process.
The contract covers multiple product categories including apparel ($283,393 estimated spend with 45% discount), uniforms ($50,000 with 40% discount), footwear ($25,323 with 40% discount), equipment ($25,647 with 20% discount), and team accessories ($2,000 with 30% discount). The total base and additional items amount to $235,977.55 after discounts are applied. BSN Sports is offering significant additional value through monetary contributions totaling $37,292 annually, including a $15,400 annual comp product allowance, performance incentives for NCAA achievements ranging from $500-$5,000 in retail value, annual rebates of 10% based on $100,000 spend, and various signing bonuses for branding packages. The final bid amount after all incentives and rebates is $198,685.55, representing substantial savings and added value beyond the base discount structure.

Annual Rebates: If rebate is determined by purchase amounts be sure to list them, if not listed they won't be accepted in bid response
4The "Price After Discount is Applied(MSRP)" is calculated using this formula. (Estimated Spend(MSRP)- (your proposed discount × Estimated Spend(MSRP)))
6Is your company willing to provide additional incentives to the Institutions? This could be one time dollar contributions, annual contributions, discounted products, fee products, etc. This chart is intended to quantify these additional monitary
Contributions. Use 6 A and B for a percentage or dollar amont as needed. You must provide a description of ever monitary contribution. The description must contain enough information, so UWSA can verify the yearly value. If this is for individual products, it must have a value by product. One time or annual contributions need to call out the frequency and value of the contribution.
5 Additional items that may be purchased by the Universities. The amounts listed are for bid prupsoes only, purchases of these items are not tracked, Sub Total of Other Incentives

Footnotes
1These Categories are what the Institutions have identified as areas where they spend money. UWSA is asking discounts based on these categories as a way to compare Bidders. If you do not provide your discounts based on these categories, your bid maybe rejected.
8The Estimated Spend (MSRP) is an annual number. So your Monitary Contributions must also be in an annual. If there is a tie, Monitary contributions beyond the first year maybe used to determine the winning vendor.
2These are the estimate spend numbers (MSRP), before any discount is applied (i.e., MSRP). These numbers are based on historic purchases but are for comparison purposes only. Any bid that has a minimum spend amout may be rejected.
3You must provide a single discount for the entire category. This allows a fair comparision for all vendors who are bidding on this solicitation.
