About this file
This document contains a performance requirements summary matrix and details of a related federal contract opportunity for the Iraq Integrated Display Unit. The matrix outlines key performance objectives, standards, and methods of surveillance for a technical assistance contract, including delivering thorough and well-supported assessments, analyses, recommendations, and related assistance that meet all technical and functional requirements. It also requires adherence to contract schedules by meeting or exceeding milestones and period of performance dates at least 85% of the time, and efficient and effective cost control with zero cost variances. The federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command to provide fleet-wide integration of Genesys Aerospace EFIS systems on 21 Bell 407 helicopters for the Government of Iraq, including parts, material, and labor for installation.
