About this file
This document provides instructions for acknowledging a bid amendment related to the ADA Mentor Protege Pilot Program, a Pennsylvania state and local contract opportunity with an engineer's estimate between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. The instructions outline the procedural requirements that bidders must follow to formally acknowledge receipt and acceptance of any amendments issued during the bidding process. Bidders are required to complete acknowledgment procedures to ensure their bids remain responsive and compliant with all current solicitation requirements, including any modifications or clarifications issued through amendments.
The acknowledgment process is essential for bid validity, and failure to properly acknowledge amendments may result in bid rejection. Bidders must carefully review all amendments issued and follow the specified procedures to document their acknowledgment within required timeframes. The bid processing fee for this opportunity is $200.00, and adherence to all procedural requirements, including proper amendment acknowledgment, is mandatory for bid consideration.
