The document details how to navigate the OpenGov platform, access the questionnaire, and complete required DocuSign forms, including critical steps such as clicking the "Draft Response" button, filling out required fields, and ensuring proper document submission.

The instructions emphasize several key technical requirements, such as using the correct email address, satisfying all red-highlighted fields, and critically, clicking the "click here to load your completed document" link to ensure the document populates correctly in the OpenGov system.
