About this file
This solicitation requests proposals for emergency medicine healthcare providers at the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility in Chinle, Arizona. The Indian Health Service intends to award a fixed price labor hour contract from January 2022 through December 2022, with base and option periods, to provide coverage for approximately 30 shifts per month. Offerors must include pricing, qualifications for proposed candidates including resumes and licenses, and evidence of relevant past performance and experience. Proposals are due by email to the contracting officer by the closing date. The selected contractor must ensure proposed providers are fingerprinted and obtain security clearance prior to beginning work. The contractor will be responsible for costs such as travel, housing and per diem. The evaluation criteria emphasize past performance, experience and qualifications over price.
