The existing panel turn down the face with a knuckle joint. Metal roof manufacturers do not warrant knuckle joints. The new roof would have to have a transition flashing to the fascia panel. The allotted 240 days isn't sufficient amount of time to complete scope of work. Please increase contract time to 360 days safer NTP. We currently have no plans of extending the duration of the project.

The existing wall panels and flashing go up under existing skylights. At site visit it was explained that skylights are not part of scope and are not to be removed. Please provide skylight to wall panel flashing detail so that all contractors are bidding equally.

We recommend deleting the requirement for insulation. Include a unit price and or allowance for plywood decking replacement in lieu of removing the plywood decking. You would get a better product with high temp underlayment adhere to plywood decking underneath roof panels. This option is not being considered.
