The contractor must provide commercial general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, comprehensive auto liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance. The project is funded through federal and local sources, with specific provisions for contractor-agent purchasing procedures to potentially achieve sales tax exemptions. Wage rates are specified according to the Davis-Bacon Act, with minimum wages ranging from $11.21 to $24.30 depending on job classification. Additional requirements include compliance with equal employment opportunity regulations, civil rights provisions, and specific documentation such as a felony conviction/E-Verify affidavit.
