HVAC Spec. .docx

This is an HVAC Specification document for the Alabama school district located at 461 Black Forest Drive, Ozark, AL 36360. The District is seeking monthly maintenance and filter replacement services for four HVAC units distributed across three locations: two units in the main building, one unit in the bull room, and one unit in the shop office. The specification outlines required filter sizes of 20x20x1 and 20x23x1 for the district office and 21x20x1 for the bull room. Beyond routine maintenance, the scope of work includes HVAC service calls, mechanic and helper labor, and repair parts and supplies for unexpected repairs throughout the contract year. The district prefers that the selected supplier be located within a 30-mile radius of the office to ensure responsive service.

The specification does not provide explicit information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, contract duration, renewal options, or funding sources. However, the requirement for a supplier within a 30-mile radius suggests the district prioritizes local vendor accessibility and response time. The document indicates that all necessary filters will be supplied by the selected contractor as part of the service offering.
