Performance Area 1:
Developing, maintaining, and administering complex software applications such as
CAD, C++, JAVA, Javascript, MS SQL, .NET, Macromedia Flash, ActionScript
(FLEX) and Oracle Databases or equivalent technologies adhering to Government and industry standards and approaches while meeting DOD Information Assurance
Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) requirements.

1 Offerors shall identify the approximate dollar value of the work performed that is applicable to the contractor’s role as either a prime or sub-contractor specifically for this performance area. Offeror’s should not include the total dollar value of the contract unless they performed 100% of the effort and it was totally in support of this performance area.
2 Offerors shall describe the specific efforts their company performed under the contract or subcontract, both in terms of magnitude and complexity, as related to the requirements of this solicitation under this performance area.
Performance Area 2:
Assembling authoritative data from a variety of online subscription-based sources in various formats such as: XML, XSLT, XSD, text-delimited, excel spreadsheets, MS
Access Databases, WSDL, and Win Mobile. Utilizing these sources, derive reusable, intelligent coding entities in accordance with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and
Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) standards and practices.
