This file is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for a Part-time Diagnostic Medical Sonographer contract at US Naval Hospital Sigonella in Italy. The solicitation is issued by the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast, seeking a Firm Fixed Price contract for a part-time sonographer position. Key details include an electronic proposal submission deadline of September 5th, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST, with quotes to be emailed to cinthia.g.funes.civ@health.mil. The contract allows for EU citizenship candidates if they hold US ARDMS/ARRT certifications and requires bidders to submit an hourly rate quote.

Offerors must hold their pricing firm for 60 calendar days, and the government reserves the right to award the contract without further discussions. Potential contractors can reference all contract details on SAM.gov, and questions about the solicitation must be submitted in writing by August 29th, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST.
