Questions and Answers for HQ0423-18-R-0015
1) Are you seeking a single hourly rate to encompass all costs related to onsite and remote CART captioning? No, you can provide 1 rate for onsite captioning services; and 1 for offsite services
2) Can we differentiate hourly rates between onsite CART and remote CART in a response separate from the Schedule of Items Table spreadsheet? yes
3) Will a response be considered “non-responsive” if rates are provided for one service and not the other? (For instance: if we chose to provide a quote for remote CART only and did not include a quote response for onsite CART and C-Print, would this be considered “non-responsive”?) All offerors must be able to provide onsite services. If an offeror provides offsite services only, they will be considered non-responsive.
4) Who is the current incumbent? We have not had these services in the past in Columbus, Ohio.
5) How are you currently receiving CART captions? We are receiving CART services remotely from another location. We require onsite services as this method is not sufficient.
6) What challenges have you faced in securing CART captions for your employees? This is the first attempt at soliciting for these requirements in Columbus.
