HoneyBeeREList_2024-2025-End-of-Q3.xlsx

The document is a comprehensive list of honey bee removal and eradication service providers compiled by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, covering all 67 counties in Florida. The spreadsheet provides detailed contact information for registered beekeepers and pest control companies licensed to perform bee removal (R), eradication (E), or both (B) services, including their firm numbers, contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, and locations. The list is intended as a reference for property owners and professionals seeking bee management services, with a clear disclaimer that the department provides no endorsement or recommendation of the listed providers.

The document emphasizes safety and professional standards, noting that bee removal should only be performed by trained professionals with proper personal protective equipment. It highlights that bee hive wax and brood combs must be removed to prevent secondary pest infestations, and any structural repairs should be conducted by licensed contractors. The list is organized by county and includes a mix of individual beekeepers, apiaries, and pest control companies with varying licensing credentials (JB numbers for pest control and 8-digit firm numbers for registered beekeepers). The spreadsheet is dated for revision in April 2025 and includes a note that "THE LABEL IS THE LAW" when it comes to pesticide usage, underscoring the importance of following regulatory guidelines in bee management.
