About this file

This document is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Workforce Development Area #7238, covering a budget period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027. The MOU involves multiple partners including Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), WIOA Title I (Adult/Dislocated Worker/Youth), CDJFS (TANF), WIOA Title IV OOD, and other workforce development entities participating in the local workforce development system.

The document outlines three allocation methodologies for shared cost items: Position Usage, Occupancy, and Equal Access. Position Usage is calculated based on Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) staff stationed at the OhioMeansJobs Center, with partners' contributions proportionally allocated. Occupancy is determined by the actual square footage used by each partner, including common spaces. The sample data shows WIOA Title I (Adult/Dislocated Worker/Youth) and CDJFS (TANF) as the primary contributors, representing approximately 52.92% and 37.61% of the total FTE equivalent, respectively. The allocation methodology ensures fair cost-sharing among partners based on their staffing and space utilization.
