About this file
This document is an Insertion Order Form from MediaNews Group, Inc., governing advertising or media placement services between the customer and the media company. The radiator cover project at Campbell Resource in Massachusetts involves promotional media coverage or advertising services as part of Phase 4 of a broader initiative across Boston Public Schools (BPS) facilities. The document establishes the framework for the advertising agreement but does not specify project quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder meetings, award dates, or contract terms within the provided excerpt.
The agreement incorporates MediaNews Group's Business Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum by reference, with the Insertion Order taking precedence in case of conflicts. The document does not contain specific pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractor details, funding sources, or other financial terms in the provided section. The agreement is governed by standard business terms and data processing protocols available through MediaNews Group's website, though the full scope of services, costs, and project specifications would be detailed in the complete Insertion Order and supporting documentation not included in this excerpt.

In the event of any ambiguity, conflict, or inconsistency between any of the Business Terms, this Insertion Order, and the DPA, the following order of precedence shall govern for purposes of resolving any such ambiguity, conflict, or inconsistency: (1) this Insertion Order, (2) the DPA, if applicable, and (3) the Business Terms.
