RFP HC102818R0102 Armed Guards Additional Question and Answer 21 September 2018

1. FCL clearance - question number 1. in the questions and answers, the answer states that the contractors to have a final secret FCL to work this contract and vendor's without already having a final clearance will not be accepted. What if the prime of the submitting team has a FCL and the subcontractor's company principles have the clearance and the FCL has been submitted.

Will you consider this vendor? With the company principles already having a clearances the FCL shouldn't take long to obtain and the procurement doesn't start for 9 months.

RESPONSE: Since the DD254 will be finalized prior to contract award, the prime and all subs must be cleared at time of proposal submission
