QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Solicitation #H98210-14-T-0015 as of August 26, 2014

Q1. The most efficient way to support your Xerox fleet is to put all devices under a Managed Print Services agreement. This agreement would cover all consumables, except paper, as well as onsite service for each device.

Are the devices currently under any consumables contracts? In other words, is your office free to buy toner, drums, etc. from any responsible source that you desire or are these devices under a contact for those items? If not, we feel that combining the consumables along with service will be the most efficient and cost effective way to manage your fleet. Under a Managed Print Services contract, we can proactively send toners and drums to your locations without anyone from your team having to place an order. Also, the nationwide team of Xerox printer technicians can augment our technicians to provide your fleet optimum support.
