MODIFICATION MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD

SOLICITATION: H9225722Q0002

AMMENDMENT NUMBER: 0002

WHAT CHANGES:

Changes to the combined synopsis/ Solicitation:

(1) Insert DFARS Clause 252.223-7999 Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal

Contractors (Deviation 2021-O0009) into the task order.

(2) Insert DFARS Provision 252.204-7019 Notice of NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements.

(3) Corrected size standard for NAICS 541990.

(4) Corrected “Period of Performance” in section B of the combined synopsis/ solicitation.

(5) Attached a “pricing worksheet”.

(6) Added the “pricing worksheet” as a requirement to Volume III.

(7) Correct amount for cost ceiling included for CLINs 0005,1005,2005, and 3005.

(8) Changes to the qualifying criteria for NIST SP 800-171.

(9) Corrected other clerical errors.

Changes to the Statement of Work:

(10) Table 4.1 updated to reflect attendance to the MRTC Instructor Training Course, and preferability for prior attendance.

(11) Paragraph 3.1 updated to correct a clerical error; “Task Lead” was changed to “Contract Lead”.

Changes to the DD 254:

(12) DD-254, #13, SCI Addendum, #5 was changed to read “This contract requires that a surge capability of hours be established in order to fulfill the contractual obligations incurred.”

WHY CHANGES ARE BEING MADE:

Changes are being made to the request for quotation paperwork in order to reflect changes that result from the questions received from multiple vendors.
