About this file
This document outlines requirements for breacher ballistic acoustic panels to be installed at Naval Special Warfare Command ranges. The government seeks rubber ballistic acoustic panels measuring 24" x 24" x 2" with a noise reduction coefficient of at least 0.6. The panels must absorb 70% of sound at 1,000 Hz, 95% of sound at 2,000 Hz, and bullet fragments. Associated 550 polyurethane adhesive and applicator are also required. The delivery date and point of contact will be established prior to award. Products must be delivered to Camp Connors at Fort AP Hill in Virginia between 0800 and 1530 and require coordination with the listed point of contact for camp access.
