About this file

This file is a Sources Sought NIIN Population spreadsheet identifying 31 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for which the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is conducting market research. The spreadsheet lists parts classified as bushings, rings, shims, and spacers across various Federal Supply Classes (FSC codes ranging from 1560 to 5995). Each line item includes the AMPL number, NIIN, FSC code, RNVC and RNCC designations, the incumbent CAGE code (97499 for Bell), and part/reference numbers. The products span diverse applications with part numbers such as 212-001-734-001, 540-011-427-1, and 407-010-222-107, among others. All items currently have Bell as the sole approved source.

This is a pre-solicitation market research initiative with a response deadline of March 11, 2026. Interested contractors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package through DoDSafe to qualify as an approved source, demonstrating manufacturing capability equal to or superior to Bell's current standards. Submissions should be directed to dlaavnsmallbus@dla.mil with the subject line "Request a SAR Drop Off," including CAGE code, NSN, and contact information. This notice carries no set-aside designation, no award value or budget commitment, and no government funding for response preparation. Any NSNs determined to not be sole source will be excluded from future procurement consideration under this notice.
