Amendment 0002 Power Distribution Upgrade

The purpose of this amendment is to provide questions and answers asked as of January 14, 2010.

1. Question: Regarding this power distribution upgrade project, can you please describe the extent of the work to be performed, i.e. is it for an entire building, just one floor, etc.

Answer: The project includes design from the two substation feeds (12.47kv), transformers, switchgear, UPS, PDU's and distribution to the IT racks (208Y/120). The scope of work does not include administration and other building areas directly, but there will be some design required in other areas of the building as required (ie - the admin areas are currently served by the UPS - design will need to include how to make the feeders to these areas redundant).

The entire building is approximately 96,500 SF. The data center occupies approximately 39,000 SF of the total building space, mechanical and electrical data center support areas occupy approximately 9,300 SF. there is an additional outdoor support area (generators, chillers) that is about 12,600

SF.

The majority of design and survey work that is to be performed will be in the data center and the indoor/outdoor support areas. The extent of work for other areas of the building will be as required to maintain existing operational continuity.

2. Question: Does the firm need Professional Licensure in the State of

Oklahoma to be considered?

Answer: Yes.

3. Question: Can you direct me to the proper site to obtain The Architect -

Engineer Form 330 that needs to be submitted with the Phase 1 data supplied?
