About this file
This document presents target specifications for the Illinois State Police, outlining procurement requirements for training and qualification purposes.
The procurement calls for 10,000 units of Grey Man Target ILSP-06 or approved equivalent models. The targets are black and white qualification targets specifically designed for Illinois State Police rifle sighting grid training. Each target measures 20 inches by 35 inches and features a human silhouette with scoring zones and reference grid markings. The specification permits equivalent alternatives to the named model, provided they meet the same functional and dimensional requirements for rifle marksmanship qualification training.
