A HOLISTIC APPROACH

Our team will initiate a kick-off meeting for each project with all project stakeholders. Through this interactive and collaborative kick-off meeting, we are able to provide a more detailed project schedule which includes major milestones and deliverables.

Understanding project scope and client expectations early in the process will help determine which deliverables make the most sense for each project.

We believe in designing more than great and functional spaces, we design a process to ensure transparency of expectations between all team members and tailor the deliverables to the needs of each project.

Budget control is of the utmost importance and will be tracked throughout the duration of the design and construction.

MANAGING MULTIPLE TASK ASSIGNMENTS

Our team has proven success managing multiple projects while under on-call contracts. We believe constant communication between team members and design managers is key to providing responsive services to our clients while delivering multiple projects within a similar timeline. As a local studio with 60+ professionals, we have the capacity and bandwidth to properly serve our clients.

A core team will be assigned to each contracted project with skill-sets that match the needs of the project’s scope. In our fast-paced architectural and engineering industry, our team members are equipped with the digital tools required to help organize their tasks, communicate with all team members, coordinate schedules, and staffing to serve our clients.

Through our proactive project approach method, we will ensure continuous communication threads between our design teams, design managers, and clients to ensure deadlines are prioritized appropriately.

2. Describe how your firm determines project deliverables. Also, describe your proposed team’s general approach to managing the assigned on-call projects of various sizes and complexity.

3. Are you familiar with Job Order Contracting projects? How can your firm support a project manager with defining quantities and units of measure?

Yes, our team brings extensive experience in managing Job Order projects of varying types and sizes. We understand the complexities that come with different project scopes and are adept at navigating challenges to ensure successful outcomes.

Our team’s expertise allows us to tailor our approach to meet the specific needs of each project while maintaining efficiency and quality. The key aspect of our process is our collaborative approach, which establishes a clear and strategic roadmap from the outset of the project. This roadmap serves as the foundation for the project, providing a structured framework that aligns stakeholders and guides decision-making. Our method not only enhances coordination but also allows for flexibility in adapting to varying project needs.

Dawn Hart, Design Manager, will oversee the budget and schedule, ensuring milestones are met efficiently. She will maintain in-depth communication with ADOA, providing weekly updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. With extensive experience working on numerous job order contracts, she understands the nuances of managing multiple project scopes under tight timelines. Her leadership and strategic oversight will help mitigate risks, address challenges proactively, and drive the project toward a successful completion.
