GAP Ministries Facility Closures Clarification While GAP Ministries Administration is closed for the holidays listed, the GAP Family Center is available 7 days a week. To ensure uninterrupted service and contract compliance during these closures, we implement the following measures:
· Advance Scheduling: All services are scheduled ahead of time to avoid disruption. This includes make up scheduling if visits are unable to occur on the holiday due to children/parents’ availability. The AZDCS Specialist is informed of any and all plans regarding any change in schedule.
· On-Call Staff: A member of the visitation team will be available via phone and email during holiday periods for urgent needs of staff, families and/or AZDCS Specialists.
· Remote Access: Staff will have remote access to data tracking systems, allowing continued support and service delivery as required.
· Communication Plan: All parties involved in Parenting Time will be notified at least 1 week in advance of any changes in emergency contacts at the Family Center.
