About this file

This document is an addendum issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for their solicitation FWC 23/24-73C, the "ST. LUCIE WATERWAY MARKER PROJECT". The addendum amends the previous requirement for a site visit, changing it to a non-mandatory site visit where bidders are encouraged to inspect the project site prior to submitting a bid. The project involves installing, removing, replacing, or repairing a total of one hundred fifty-five (155) regulatory waterway markers to post manatee protection zones within St. Lucie County, Florida. Bids are due no later than 3:30 PM (ET) on Monday, March 25, 2024, and a response received after the exact time specified will not be considered.

The addendum also provides information about the protest process, including the requirement to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, and the need to post a bond or other security as required by law. FWC will only issue an official written response to verbal questions subsequently submitted in writing in accordance with the solicitation questions clause.
