About this file
This is a Fuel Quote Schedule template for establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge in Mississippi. The schedule is designed to capture fuel pricing and availability information from qualified vendors who will supply fuel products to the refuge on an as-needed basis under the BPA framework.
The template requires vendors to provide detailed pricing information organized by fuel type, including unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, and other petroleum products as applicable. Vendors must specify unit prices, volume discounts if available, and delivery terms. The schedule also requests information on fuel quality specifications, delivery capabilities, storage requirements, and any minimum order quantities. This pricing schedule will serve as the basis for establishing the BPA and will govern fuel purchases made by the Fish and Wildlife Service at Noxubee NWR throughout the contract period, allowing the government to procure fuel at pre-negotiated rates without issuing individual purchase orders for each transaction.
