Performance Requirements Summary Scope of Work Technical Exhibit #3 (TE-3)

1. Contractor will evaluate and install complete Culinary Outpost Kiosk capabilities for designated facility located at Fort Riley, Kansas:

1.2. List of building location is shown in Technical Exhibit 4, (TE-4)

2. General This is a non-personal services contract. The government shall neither supervise contractor employees nor control the method by which the contractor performs the required tasks. Under no circumstances shall the Government assign tasks to, or prepare work schedules for, individual contractor employees. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to manage its employees and to guard against any actions that are of the nature of personal services or give the perception of personal services. If the contractor believes that any actions constitute, or are perceived to constitute personal services, it shall be the contractor's responsibility to notify the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) immediately.

2.1.1. Scope

Based on funding availability this requirement supports the following Army installation (Fort Riley, Kansas) for contractor to acquire, deliver and install equipment and custom build millwork in support of 1 separate kiosk (designated location) at identified building for installation within 1/2 ID Headquarters listed in paragraph #1.2 of TE-4. All equipment installed at the site must be certified to meet the appropriate NSF/ANSI sanitation standards or in accordance with industry standards.

2.1.2. Description of Services

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies except for Government Furnished Property (GFP), to execute the activities required to install a fully operational kiosk food service operation, equipped with; ambient, refrigerated equipment including exterior building signs, utilities will be provided by the government and final connections will be connected by the Contractor. Contractor will conduct a pre and post contract award site visit if needed and will provide the Government all connectivity requirements as part of their proposal to ensure required utilities will be available at time of scheduled delivery for equipment and millwork.

2.1.3. General Information

Contractor will have 150 days upon award of contract to deliver and install equipment and millwork for the 1 location identified at Fort Riley, Kansas (BLDG. 7626) unless Contracting office provides an alternate delivery schedule.
