There will also be installed 150 L.F. of ECB V ditch to handle any additional drainage/seepage from the bench slope that may be affecting the residence. This will discharge into constructed 120 L.F. of concrete block- tied mat which drains to installed 18 IN HDPE culvert with headwall. Staging area is proposed as you enter the property near the water meter. Total project area is 1.2 acres. The portals to be affected are collapsed/sealed but seeping. Water buildup on bench is noticeable and may cause instability of slope behind the residence.
