About this file
This is a Federal Required Certification document related to a jute netting and erosion control materials supply contract issued by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services - Parks Division in California. The solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to furnish and deliver jute netting and additional erosion control materials as specified, with supply and delivery only; installation services are excluded from the scope. The City intends to award the contract to the lowest bidder, and all bidders must submit pricing for every line item identified in the solicitation to be deemed responsive. Any bid lacking pricing for all required line items will be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award consideration.
The certification document establishes federal compliance requirements that must be met by prospective vendors bidding on this contract opportunity. Bidders are required to provide comprehensive pricing for all specified materials and quantities outlined in the line items, with failure to do so resulting in automatic rejection of the proposal. The contract represents a materials supply arrangement with no service delivery component, and award will be determined solely on the basis of pricing competitiveness among responsive bidders.
