About this file

The required space is precisely 9,369 square feet, located within boundaries defined by US 50 to the north, Wildes Road to the south, S Crook Road to the east, and US 95 to the west. The lease terms include a full 20-year term with a 10-year firm term and 10-year soft term, and requires 113 total surface parking spaces, all of which will be reserved.

The offered space must meet government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic stability, and sustainability, and cannot be located in a 1-percent annual floodplain. Potential offerors are advised to be aware of telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act. Expressions of interest should be sent to Cecil Wall, Lease Contracting Officer, at Cecil.Wall@va.gov.
