2. Reference: Wage Determination No. 2015-2521, (Rev. 3), Dated *2/18/2016; is incorporated by reference. Question: On the AWD, what Occupation Code(s)/Title(s) are the Contract Close-out, Office Operation Support and Administrative Support conformed to? Please see FAR clause 52.222-55, FAR clause 222-42, and FAR clause 52.222-41. These clauses are included in the solicitation.

3.How many people for each labor category does Lackland foresee will be needed for this opportunity? The staffing and performance will be determined at each task order. The Government anticipates cutting the first task order for 2 close out FTEs immediately after award of the basic.

4. Pricing, Att 04: 1. Attachment 4 to FA8903-16-R-0034 requires the Contractor to provide fully burdened labor rate (per hour) for the base and option years. In order to provide a fixed daily, monthly and annual cost, the Contractor needs to evaluate the estimated work load in each of the 3 line items per year. • For line item one, Contract close-out, the work load is normally the number of contracts expected to be made avail to the closeout process for the year in addition to the number of contracts currently in close-out that would be carried over from the current contractor. The Government does not anticipate a carry over of files for the contractor to take to the storage facility or shred/burn facility. It is expected the contractor for solicitation FA8903-16-R-0034 will close "new files" as they become available for close out.

5. 772_ESS_PWS, Section 2.2.2 - Page 5 of 15: (The contractor shall provide its own transportation for moving contract files from one (1) building to another, within the commuting area for contract storage. The contractor is required to move boxed files, not weighing more than 50 pounds each, as required to the storage facilities in the local area.) Approximately how many boxes will need to be transferred from the current contractor’s facility or U.S. Government facility and be stored by the new contractor at the initiation of the contract? None at the initiation of the contract award.

6. 772_ESS_PWS, Section 2.2.3 - Page 5 of 15: (The contractor is responsible for transporting files from the storage facilities to the shred/burn facility in accordance with FAR close-out retention periods.) How many boxes per month or how often is this anticipated? Is the shred/burn facility/services provided by the U.S. Government or is this a cost for the contractor? The contractor will be responsible for taking the files to the storage facility and to the shred/burn facility when needed. The Government does not anticipate the contractor needing to move any files to the storage facility or shred/burn facility immediately after this contract award. The contractor will be responsible for managing how/when the boxes will be moved. The shred/burn facility is provided by the U.S. Government at no cost to the contractor.

7. 772_ESS_PWS, Section 2.3 - Page 11 of 15: (The following service summary reflects the objectives and thresholds used to track contractor performance for task orders awarded against the basic contract.) Is there an estimate on the numbers of task orders that will be issued for line items 1, 2 and 3? There is not an estimate on the number of task orders at this time. However, the Government anticipates cutting the first task order for 2 close out FTEs immediately after award of the basic. This task order will satisfy the minimum ordering requirement.
